Dist. 3. Madison chronic nephritis complicated by chronic gastritis from 1917 to 1922 in KY, Hardin Co., East View. He lived in KY, Hardin Co., Meeting Creek in January 1920. He was buried in March 1922 in KY, Hardin Co., East View. The undertaker was William Scott in East View. Madison died from chronic nephritis on 30 March 1922 in KY, Hardin Co., East View. He was attended by Dr. C. C. Carroll, White Mills, KY. His death certificate states he was a merchant and farmer.
